Where are you located?
I am currently based out of Richmond, VA! However, I am always open to traveling to capture your special moment and document it in the best way possible for you to cherish forever!
Do you travel?
Absolutely! I love to travel! I have done shoots in places like Washington DC, Pennsylvania, Block Island and Florida. When you inquire, let me know what destination you have in mind and I will see if I’m available and we can discuss any potential travel fees!
How long will me online gallery be available?
I always like to keep galleries online as long as possible, but I do recommend that you download your album as soon as you receive it to avoid any risk. At minimum, your gallery will remain active for at least 1 year!
How long does it take to receive our images?
For all lifestyle sessions your images can be expected in about 2-3 weeks!
Wedding galleries are generally delivered within 6-8 weeks in the slower months, and 8-10 weeks during peak season (July-November). You'll also receive a sneak peek within a few days of your big day!
How does payment work?
I ask for a 35% non-refundable retainer to secure your date. The remainder of your balance will be due a week before your session for any lifestyle shoots, and one month before your event for weddings.
How many pictures will we receive?
This will vary depending on the type of session and how long we are together for. Rest assured, I always choose quality rather than quantity to be sure I share the photos that best tell your story with you!
Do you shoot weddings?
Yes, I shoot weddings of all sizes! I mainly shoot weddings in and around Richmond, VA but am willing to travel. Contact me for more info!
Do you use a second photographer for wedding days?
All of my main packages include a second photographer! Second shooters allow me to feel like I am in two places at once! Typically, if I’m photographing the bride getting ready, they are photographing the groom. This also ensures we capture two perspectives of your entire day! I only use second photographers that I know and trust.
Would you recommend a First Look?
At the end of the day, this Your big day! Do whatever feels right to you. From a photographer/logistics standpoint, yes, I would recommend having a first look. This will allow you to add breathing room to your schedule so you can actually enjoy the day you've spent so much time planning!
Do you have insurance?
Absolutely! If your venue requires me to send over my certificate of insurance I can happily provide it. I usually do this a month or two before your wedding or event date.
